Pricing and Payment

Prices are determined based on current market conditions and will be clearly stated in your purchase agreement. Payment terms and schedules are outlined in each contract and must be met to ensure timely progress of construction.

Warranties

All homes are covered under applicable Tarion Warranty standards, ensuring quality workmanship and compliance with Ontario’s building codes.

Modifications and Changes

Any design or construction changes requested after contract signing must be approved in writing and may affect pricing or delivery schedules.
